could some1 give me a DoA farm build HM, or if theres a profession that does it better tell me, or maybe it could be speedclears. thansk

Run in a DwG team in NM until you're r7. http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Team_-_DoA_Glaiveway
Then join a Frostway team for HM. http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Team_-_DoA_Frostway
If you're already r7/8 but haven't done a DwG team, go through in NM once before trying HM so you don't cause your HM team to wipe immediately.

Its a speed clear, so you will be required to heal. HM groups will not take monk on dmg, and NM groups tend not to because there's always a lot of damage dealers around and monks are in high demand. If you don't like/are bad at healing then roll a ritualist or paragon. There are many many mesmers, and Panic is rarely the last party spot to fill (in my experience).

ok i have a monk but im not good at healing so i will create either ritulist paragon or mesmer. so what one should i create?

also what is this rank? lightbringer or sunspear?

Edit: I also are better at being spammers than to enchant my team or something like that such as healing

Those builds use lightbringer skills so the rank required would be LB ; )

I didn't know DwG, which tends to be hour and a half in NM, and closer to 2-2.5 hours in HM, is a speed clear...

, teams can do it faster balanced...

On topic, that is the popular thing people use there now, so if you can learn that then you should have no trouble getting into parties for DoA.
